Shipping policy
· Please note that you are making a pre-order and as such your products are expected to ship during the second week of September 2026. If we anticipate a material delay beyond this window, we will notify you and provide any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
· Once accepted by Sara & The Dragonfly LLC, pre-orders may not be cancelled before shipment, except where cancellation is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by us in writing. However, this does not affect your right to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy or any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Your products will be delivered either to you directly, to an authorized person, or to whoever is available at your provided address during delivery. Any individual at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from us is presumed to be authorized to receive such delivery on behalf of the intended Recipient.
Please ensure accuracy in your address details to avoid any inconvenience, as Sara & The Dragonfly cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Deliveries will be handled by a reputable and authorized postal or courier service company to ensure reliability.
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are transferred to the carrier. Where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, risk passes at the time required by that law.
We currently ship within the United States and to the non-EU international destinations made available at checkout. We do not currently ship to the European Union.
